Important information

What to bring along with you:

Sheets, towels and pillowcases. Sheets & pillowcases may be hired. Kindly make prior arrangements with the office. Blankets and pillows are provided

Please remember to bring toilet paper, dish cloths and washing up cloths

If you would like to make use of our games room, kindly bring your table tennis bats & balls as well as darts

 

Does Peacehaven Holiday Flats have transport services?

Transport to and from King Shaka International Airport

You can contact Margate Mini Coach 039 312 1406 or Mike Lincoln 039 976 0369 / 083 320 8996 for transport to and from King Shaka International Airport. Please note that these are independent operators with no relation to Peacehaven Holidays.

Arrival Time?

Flats may only be occupied from 13h00
On arrival keys can be obtained from the Peacehaven Office during office hours or from the guard after hours.

 

Departure Time?

Departure by no later than 09h00
On departure please hand your keys in at the Peacehaven Offices during office hours or drop them into the slot at the offices after hours

Pets allowed?

NO PETS are allowed.

Parking available?

ONLY ONE PARKING PER FLAT IS PROVIDED. Please note parking is no longer available at East Coast Outdoor World.

What are the booking terms and conditions?

Specific flats may only be requested for bookings of 14 nights or longer.

Cancellation of bookings
If a booking is cancelled the following percentage of the deposit will be forfeited :
0 to 30 days prior to arrival 100%
31 days and more 50 % .

Bookings may not be shortened. No refunds will be given for early departures.

Please note that all bookings for long weekends must be paid in full in advance and that no refunds will be given for long weekend bookings under any circumstances.

If you do not arrive within 24 hours of 13h00 of the first day of your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled without further notice.

We prefer it that you please deposit the balance of your account before arrival (at your bank or via electronic transfer). Please pay the balance of your account into our banking account prior to your arrival. If this is not possible please pay on your arrival by visa, mastercard or cash. We DO NOT accept DINERS OR AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.
